Our birth doula services integrate evidence-informed care with culturally specific practices that honor lineage, family and community. In addition to standard prenatal and labor support, families may choose to include a Blessingway ceremony, a community-centered ritual that prepares the birthing person emotionally, spiritually and practically for birth.

3 prenatal visits
Birth planning support
Optional Blessingway ceremony
Continuous labor and delivery support
1 postpartum follow-up visit
Initial breastfeeding support
Sliding scale available for Black and Indigenous families.
