These circles are culturally rooted, community-centered gatherings created for people who have experienced their first moontime and feel called to gather in relationship with lunar cycles and ancestral wisdom.
Each gathering offers space for reflection, grounding and communal care. We begin with gentle movement and grounding practices, followed by guided journaling and intentional sharing. Participants are invited into a symbolic fire-based release ritual, held as a cultural and reflective practice to support personal intention-setting and collective presence.
Cacao is shared as a traditional plant ally with deep Indigenous lineage and ceremonial history, offered here as a cultural accompaniment to reflection and connection. The circle is held in reverence for ancestral knowledge, cyclical time and relational healing.
We close each gathering with shared food, conversation and laughter, honoring the understanding that healing is not only personal practice, but lived through relationship, community and care.
This offering is not a medical or therapeutic service. Participation is voluntary and guided by cultural, spiritual and community traditions.
This flat rate supports the time, care and preparation required to hold a culturally rooted, community-centered gathering. It includes facilitation, ceremonial elements, shared cacao, food and materials, as well as the creation of a safe and intentional space for collective reflection and connection.
We offer this as a group rate to honor accessibility, shared responsibility and the understanding that this work is sustained through relationship rather than individual transaction.
